Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is processed it cannot be canceled or changed. Please email immediately after placing your order if you need to change or cancel and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer exchanges?
Only defective or damaged items are able to be exchanged if the same item is still available. If you have received a damaged item, send us an email within 3 business days to exchange/return.
Where do you ship?
Currently shipping to US and Canada.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Items will be restocked as they're available.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of being placed Monday - Friday excluding holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as a shipment confirmation email.
